Congratulations to Gilbertsville-Mount Upton freshman cross-country standout Noah Pain for earning First Team All-Star honors from the Midstate Athletic Conference during the 2021 Fall Sports season.

Noah finished fifth for the Unadilla Valley/Gilbertsville-Mount Upton Storm Raiders during the MAC Championships on October 28 at UV. The top five boys and girls received MAC All-Star accolades.

Noah also placed 13th in the Section 4 Class D Championships on November 4, completing Chenango Valley State Park’s hilly, 3.1-mile course in 19 minutes, 11.2 seconds.
