Gilbertsville-Mount Upton’s first day of varsity practices for the 2021 Fall Sports season is Monday, August 23.
All GMU student-athletes must complete the five Athletics forms that are posted on our website at
https://www.gmucsd.org/Athletics.aspx. These forms must be returned to your coach on the first day of practice.
A current physical (within the last calendar year) is also required to participate in Fall Sports. Student-athletes and their families are encouraged to read the Athletic Eligibility Policy & the Concussion Information posted on our Athletics webpage.

Please Note
- GMU does not provide transportation to and from practices until school starts. The first day of the 2021-2022 school year is Thursday, September 9.
- Student-athletes can get physicals at the School-Based Health Center at GMU, which will be open Monday, August 23. Sports physicals at the SBHC also may be scheduled for a later date. Student-athletes must be enrolled with the SBHC program to receive this benefit. Anyone who would like to enroll with the SBHC program should contact the school for information.
