Gilbertsville-Mount Upton Superintendent Annette Hammond announced Thursday that home athletic events will be open to everyone in the GMU Community starting Friday, January 14.

Facemasks must be properly worn (over nose and mouth) at all times and social distancing in the bleachers is required. Spectators from visiting teams are not allowed and concessions will not be offered as eating/drinking is prohibited during on-campus events. Please do not attend if you are not feeling well.

The first athletic event under GMU’s revised spectator guidelines will be Friday’s 6 p.m. varsity girls basketball game against state-ranked Franklin.

GMU will continue to live stream all home games on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/user/gmucentralschool.

The GMU community is encouraged to show its Raiders Pride at home games by wearing blue and gold and cheering on our teams.
