The Gilbertsville-Mount Upton Central School District thanks bus driver Chuck Frank for 40 years of outstanding service and wishes him nothing but the best in his retirement.
Chuck is a Mount Upton native and resident who safely transports GMU students to and from home on school days as the driver of our “62 Duck Bus.”
