Congratulations
to Jenn Mason, GMU '13 (third from right in photo), who joined her
second-year law school classmate Anton Tikhomirov (second from right) to
win the 59th Annual Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition at Boston
College Law School.
The pair survived two months and several elimination rounds to take the prize.
They were the respondents in the drug case of a 23-year-old woman implicated in an investigation involving several physicians’ prescription drug records.
The competition was judged by a
justice of the Supreme Court of New Hampshire; the District Attorney for
Middlesex County, Massachusetts; and a retired justice of the Supreme
Judicial Court of Massachusetts.
Jenn will graduate BC Law School next year.
