GMU Senior of the Month
Ethan Charron, May 2020
Ethan is a quiet leader who has been described as “someone who doesn’t speak often, but his actions certainly do.” He is a team player and a hard worker, always ready to lend a helping hand.
GMU’s Student Council President, Ethan also has served as National Honor Society Treasurer for two years and is a member of Spanish Club. He is always pushing himself to be challenged academically and otherwise with a busy senior-year schedule that includes enrollment in Career Exploration, TC3 College Success, TC3 Biology, TC3 Precalculus, TC3 Accounting, TC3 Government and Economics, Jazz Band and Symphonic Band.
A talented musician with many awards, Ethan plays First Chair Trumpet in Symphonic Band and Lead Trumpet in Jazz Band. He is also an active member of his church. Last year, he received the Butternut Valley Grange Award and the Clarkson School Scholars Award.
Ethan is planning to attend Clarkson University to study Computer Science.
