The Gilbertsville 4-H Dairy Club will host a Spaghetti Dinner and Chinese Auction Fundraiser to benefit the Proskine Family from 2-6 p.m. Sunday, November 17, at the Gilbertsville-Mount Upton Central School District.
Club members hail from the GMU, Morris and Unatego school districts and will make the spaghetti sauce for this event, which will help cover costs associated with Garrett Proskine’s recovery from a farming accident earlier this year.
Garrett is a former GMU student who transferred to Unadilla Valley for its agricultural classes and FFA program. Garrett has several family ties to GMU as mother Amy is our longtime 4-H leader, father Zack is a former Board of Education member, and brother Dalton is still a student here.
