Position: Asst. Building Maintenance Mechanic (Civil Service Position)
Terms of Employment: Full-time
Responsible To: Buildings and Grounds Supervisor
Responsibilities: Knowledge of building and grounds operation, maintenance, and repair practices; awareness of the operation and maintenance of heating, air conditioning, ventilating, electric, plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment; ability to prepare written records and reporting (NYSED reporting, building projects, water/lead testing, etc.)
Salary: Starting $50,000 (commensurate with experience)
