Gilbertsville-Mount Upton is proud to present our Senior Spotlight, which focuses on members of our Class of 2025! Today’s Senior Spotlight features Anthony Westford, a two-sport varsity student-athlete (basketball, track and field) who serves as president of our High School Student Council.

Anthony says, “My favorite memories are having very deep and intriguing conversations with Mrs. McDowall and my classmates in Humanity and Society; bonding with Mrs. Wilcox, Ms. Parascandola and Ms. Speenburgh over the Buffalo Bills; the NYC trip; and Class Battles. Thank you to Mrs. McDowall, Ms. Speenburgh, Mr. Rhone, Mrs. Rhone and Mr. Bonczkowski for your guidance to put me in the best position possible in my high school career and for your mentorship as I have learned very important lessons I will use for the rest of my life. I also would like to thank my family for having my back every step of the way and supporting me throughout my entire academic career.”

Anthony plans to attend college to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
