SO MUCH TALENT!
The audience saw many wonderful acts during the GMU's Got Talent contest on Feb. 8.
The winners posed with their trophies after the event: (left to right)
sophomore Emily Hammond won second place in the 6 through 12 grades
competition; freshman Anika Christensen won first; senior NIna D'Amato
placed third; kindergartener Landon Grabo won first place for grades K
through 5; first-grader Henry Underwood won second place, and
third-grader Gavin Underwood took home the third-place trophy.
The event was sponsored by the GMU Chorus and directed by Mrs. Perkosky, and proceeds went to the choral activity fund.
Prior to the event, many students and families ate at the Chicken Barbecue hosted by the GMU National Honor Society.
